About our program:
- Plan for a rewarding eight-week "Working & Learning" program!
- The 2010 program will be held from May 24, 2010 through
July 17, 2010
- Each week will provide you with 32 paid hours - and countless learning opportunities!
- "Hands-on" patient & family-centered clinical experiences will be readily available, while working under direct RN preceptorship
- You will begin with a week of orientation and can look forward to on-going educational opportunities with a variety of Sacred Hearth Hospital clinical experts
- We look forward to speaking with you about continuing employment opportunities available at the conclusion of the Student Nurse Internship program
- Past students selected for this program have reported improvement in their clinical nursing competence and their overall confidence level

Application Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an approved school of nursing
- Must have successfully completed two semesters in an ADN program or the third year of BSN program prior to the start of the internship program
- Must have successfully completed Pharmacology
Applications will be accepted through March 1, 2010
Final selection on Student Nurse Interns is March 15, 2010
